Kun Shan University recently held the 2018 Academic Year KSU Graduation Ceremony and during that time, KSU awarded more than NT$10,000,000 in Venture (Employment) Funds. This year 134 master’s degree graduates and Ph.D. degree graduates all were awarded these grants. KSU master‘s degree graduating students who had excellent academic records upon entering KSU can be awarded a maximum of NT$160,000. Since the academic year 2014, KSU has awarded more than NT$40,000,000 in Venture (Employment) Funds with a view to giving a sincere congratulations to KSU students and to also encourage them to, after they leave KSU, always work hard to continue to develop their professional talents and make a contribution to society
During the ceremony, Republic of China (Taiwan) President Ing-Wen Tsai sent a message of congratulations. Furthermore, present at the ceremony to congratulate and encourage the graduates were Former Republic of China (Taiwan) President of the Legislative Yuan Jin-Pyng Wang, Foxconn Technology Group Founder Terry Gou as well as Education, Innovation, Gender Relations and Sustainable Development, Saint Lucia Ministry Dr. Gale Tracy Christiane Rigobert and Deputy Permanent Secretary Michelle Charles.
